Au Bon Broth® will ship Products purchased through its Site to the address provided in the shipping address section of the online order form. Shipments will be made via standard ground service unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Products will only be shipped to addresses located within the 48 contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. 

If you are unhappy with your order of any Product(s), then you may return your order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund and zero hassle. If you make a subsequent purchase after the initial refund of the same Product and wish to receive a refund on the second order you must return the product of your second purchase unopened. You will need to cover shipping and handling for returns. Please contact us at Support@aubonbroth.com to initiate a refund. 

Canceled subscriptions will not be prorated for a refund. The account will be canceled promptly, and no charges will be made on subsequent billing dates. 

If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your subscription, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your subscription may be canceled without notice. If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new subscription period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.
